Adopt Uniform Voting Standards

"Congress should adopt some federal guidelines that prevent voting laws from being so random and haphazard," said University of Louisville political scientist Dewey Clayton. "Right now, we not only have 50 states with different laws, but within some of those states counties are doing different things."
