A Fresh Start - Republican lawmakers were admittedly determined to make Barack Obama a one-term president. But, according to polls, the people have a historically low negative view of Congress. With just two years to go before the entire House and half of the Senate are up for re-election, here are some resolutions our experts suggest they adopt if they want to hold onto their jobs. – Joyce Jones
