President Obama on March 26 made some history by nominating longtime agent Julia Pierson to be the first woman to lead the Secret Service. She was sworn in the next day. One of her biggest challenges will be to change the male-driven culture that was embroiled by scandal when agents were caught using prostitutes last year in Columbia before Obama's visit there. Currently, women make up just 10 percent of agents.
