GOP Blues

The Republican Party's approval numbers reached record lows when the government shut down on Oct. 1. In a Washington Post/ABC poll, 53 percent of poll respondents said that Republicans were responsible, compared to 29 percent who blamed Obama and 15 percent who faulted both sides equally.
