Twitter Thinks James Harden Should Lose MVP Race for Wearing a Skirt

Social media lit the Beard up for his fashion choice.

The Internet is pulling James Harden's skirt up.

No one can debate the kind of season the Houston Rockets' All-Star shooting guard has had, averaging 27.4 points, seven assists and 5.7 rebounds per game as a serious MVP candidate.

But upon entering Sunday night's Game 4 playoff contest against the Dallas Mavericks, Harden wore a long T-shirt that appeared to look like a skirt...and social media trolls lit him up about it, even saying he should not win the MVP award because of it.

"James harden was really wearing a skirt smh give curry the mvp award right now," Twitter user @MBurgess304 wrote last night.

Fellow Twitter user @FlareBlair agreed: "Why is James Harden wearing a skirt?!? Yeah Curry should win the MVP..."

"James harden deserves to lose MVP just for wearing that skirt," @A_TownP12 also tweeted.

In all fairness to the Beard, LeBron James and Russell Westbrook have rocked similar looks this season. It's clear that some people on social media are going too far by calling for him to lose the MVP race because of his fashion sense.
