Ronda Rousey Takes Shot at Floyd Mayweather

UFC champ mocks boxer's history of domestic violence.

UFC champion Ronda Rousey and Floyd Mayweather Jr. have some things in common — they're the most dominant in their sports of mixed martial arts (MMA) and boxing, respectively, and they're both undefeated.

Well, undefeated unless you're counting the shot Rousey fired and landed at Mayweather. Speaking to Access Hollywood this week, Rousey said that it's doubtful that the two would ever meet in the ring, or octagon for that matter, before proceeding to take a shot at Mayweather's history of domestic violence.

“Well, I would never say that I can’t beat anyone, but I don’t think me and him would ever fight...unless we ended up dating,” Rousey said on the show, as reported by TIME.

Wow. We're wondering if Mayweather cares. He remains the top-earning athlete in the world, having raked in a reported $200 million from his win over Manny Pacquiao earlier this month. However, Rousey, the UFC women's bantamweight champion, was recently named the world's most dominant athlete by Sports Illustrated
