Donald Sterling Suing TMZ, V. Stiviano Over Racist Recording

Shamed Clippers owner files lawsuit, claiming privacy was violated.

Shamed, but still fighting.

Ex-Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling is reportedly suing TMZ and ex-confidant V. Stiviano for releasing his racist recording which led to him being banned from the NBA and losing the franchise.

ESPN is reporting that Sterling's lawsuit filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court claims that TMZ and V. Stiviano violated his privacy, causing damage on a "scale of unparalleled and unprecedented magnitude."

This comes after reports surfaced last week that Sterling and his estranged wife, Shelly Sterling, are finally divorcing.

The couple did, however, work together in recently forcing Stiviano to relinquish a $1.8 million home and $800,000 in cash, gifts and cars given to her by Sterling.
