J.R. Smith Gets Best Assist Ever
J.R. Smith's dauther Demi is joining Riley Curry and Chris Paul, Jr. in the NBA All-Star Cute Kids league this year.
Already, the six-year-old's highlights reel consists of a major win: a heartwarming marriage proposal she delivers to her mother Shirley, on behalf of her famous dad. The free agent/Cleveland Cavaliers guard posted video of the momentous occasion on Instagram this weekend.
"Mommy, will you marry us?" she adorably sputters while holding a ring that looks too heavy for her tiny little hands (nice work, J.R.!). The soon-to-be Mrs. Smith was casually posted up on the couch and watching TV just before the surprise. "Yes or nah?" Demi prodded, with J.R. whispering in her ear.
Of course, she says, "yes."
