Shane Mosley, Ricardo Mayorga Press Conference Turns Into Butt Slapping Mess
Chances are if you didn't know about Shane Mosley coming out of retirement to fight Ricardo Mayorga this Saturday...you know now.
Their press conference in Los Angeles on Tuesday became an instant trending topic on Twitter after Mayorga slapped the butt of Mosley's girlfriend, as she bent down in front of the fighter, with TMZ cameras capturing the entire crazy scene.
The scene wreaked of a publicity stunt and if it was indeed staged, at least it brought awareness to the fight between the two aging fighters.
After Mayorga slapped the backside of Mosley's girlfriend, a melee sparked, before the two fighters had to be separated. Mosley even tried to choke Mayorga out after his girlfriend ordered the boxer to "kill" her offender. After the skirmish, she even offered Mayorga $10,000 to let her punch him in the face. In response, the wild Mayorga offered her $25,000 to let him slap her butt again.
The video ends with Mosley, 43, saying he will extract real revenge on Mayorga, 41, for violating his girlfriend this Saturday night in the ring.
