Tom Brady Gives Donald Trump Presidential Endorsement

Patriots quarterback thinks billionaire businessman has what it takes to run the country.

As if America needed another reason to feel a way about Tom Brady.

The four-time Super Bowl winning quarterback of the New England Patriots is lending his support to Donald Trump's presidential campaign, offering him a ringing endorsement Wednesday as the next Commander-in-Chief.

"I hope so...would be great," Brady told media crowded around his locker, as captured by TMZ Sports, when asked whether he thinks Trump has what it takes to lead the United States.

Brady and Trump have been friends for nearly 15 years, frequently golfing together. Brady also had Trump's "Make America Great Again" hat resting in his locker in plain sight. Trump even congratulated Brady via Twitter when the quarterback beat the NFL in his Deflategate court case earlier this month, wiping his four-game suspension away.

Brady even joked to the media that he hopes Trump installs a putting green on the White House's front lawn.

No wonder Brady skipped out on meeting President Obama during the Patriots' visit to the White House this past April.
