[Watch] Gymnast Gets Turnt With This #BlackGirlMagic Balance Beam Routine
Gabby Douglas is hands-down the most well-known American gymnast heading into the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
Lesser known is her fellow U.S. gymnast Simone Biles. But the smaller scope of notoriety doesn't mean that Simone doesn't pack a punch of her own.
Over three million people saw this video of the 19-year-old turnt on the balance beam at the Pacific Rim Championships in Everett, Washington, this past weekend.
Watch her slay her routine.
She's been actually building herself up for the Olympics.
“It was good time to have off, especially to focus on the second vault and to focus on getting a new floor routine,” Biles told USA Today after leading the U.S. squad to an all-around gold-medal finish at the Pacific Rim Championships. “Nothing was rushed. It was good to have that.”
Her floor routine is pretty sick, too.
We'll definitely be watching her work this summer at the Olympics and beyond.
