Gilbert Arenas can make both men and women cringe when he repeatedly insults his ex and baby mama, Laura Govan.

But the former NBA All-Star has a message for the ladies, in particular, who think that he goes too hard on her.

Arenas took to his Instagram account in a since deleted post late last week, attempting to explain how his insults and social dragging of Laura derives from her allegedly lying about him for the sake of The Next 15 reality show she's taping. And Gilbert's tired of it.

Whoa! There's so many jabs thrown in this dragging session that all of a sudden, Arenas roasting Govan's cooking skills doesn't seem so bad.
