[Look] Sad: Shocking Photos of Johnny Manziel in Terrible Shape Surface

The ex-NFL quarterback seems to be in a world of trouble.

It has been over two months since Johnny Manziel was cut by the Cleveland Browns and dropped right out of the National Football League.

And that came after the troubled, ex-NFL quarterback's dad, Paul Manziel, told the Dallas Morning News that, "I truly believe if they can't get him help, he won't live to see his 24th birthday," referencing his son's reported substance abuse and alcohol problems after he declined rehab twice.

Well, the concern over Manziel's mental and physical state is only growing after TMZ Sports posted these startling images on Thursday of the former Cleveland Browns QB seemingly raging at a MGM Grand pool party in Las Vegas last weekend.

The scary photos show an emaciated Manziel — considerably skinnier than he looked just five months earlier in late December — with a growing number of tattoos inked on his body.

You be the judge — after all, everyone from the sports community to the internet is already doing so.

Quite the difference from his playing weight of 207 pounds.

Making matters worse is witnesses told TMZ that they saw Manziel partying and boozing for hours.

Good grief.

It's bad enough to see a young guy like this throw away his talent. But it's worse to see him throw away his life. Forget football. We just hope that Johnny Manziel can check into rehab, sober up and change his life around for the better...and soon.

At this rate, it doesn't look good for him.

Sad...just, sad.
