Living up to his IG nickname, Arenas then urged Nick to smash a few strippers without a condom on.

Can Instagram please lock Gilbert's account? The man shouldn't be on social media of any kind, whatsoever. With weekly spats against Govan that play out publicly, Arenas is the last person on earth who should dole out any advice — even if he is trolling a dumped Swaggy P.

Hey, from the look of Young's Twitter account, Swaggy P doesn't seem too fazed by being dropped.
