No More Fights in Vegas? Guess What Happened When Mike Tyson Was in Kanye West's UFC Seats
Having turned 50 less than two months ago, Mike Tyson has more than mellowed out.
Need some proof? Well, sports personality Skip Bayless witnessed a situation Saturday night in Las Vegas during the UFC 202 pay-per-view event that could have easily gone another way had this been the reckless Iron Mike of old.
As Bayless told TMZ Sports, Tyson was sitting in cage-side seats that were reserved for none other than Kanye West at the T-Mobile Arena in Vegas. When Yeezy approached him about it, the former world heavyweight boxing champion kindly got up and gave the rapper his seats without any issue whatsoever.
Listen to Bayless tell it.
Bayless, who was seated behind Tyson, actually tweeted live about the non-incident on Saturday night.
We don't agree with Skip on much, but man is he right here. Had this been The Baddest Man on the Planet Mike of the late 1980s/early 1990s, Ye would have needed "Wolves" and "Real Friends" to stop him from catching that Tyson "Fade."
Yeezus! That would have been ugly.
At the end of the night, both Kanye and Mike were able to see a hell of a fight between Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz without knuckling up themselves.
That's a win-win.
