Matt Barnes has an ax to grind with his ex ... and this time it doesn't have anything to do with Derek Fisher.

The Sacramento Kings' forward took to his Instagram account Thursday to air out Gloria Govan over her allegedly prohibiting him from seeing their two sons.

Hmm ...

This video followed a previous IG in which Barnes made it clear that he was talking about Govan, even citing an unpaid invoice as the reason why she's preventing him from seeing their children.

Matt deleted the post, but not before the Internet grabbed that screen shot.

That #DopeMom hash tag, though ... ouch. 

So, what did Gloria have to say about all the slander from her ex?

Well, she took to her own IG account Friday to blast Matt, saying he just saw their kids Thursday and that he's lying.

Wow. Shots fired, Barnes down?

The last time these exes were beefing, Barnes had put hands on his former teammate, Gloria's boyfriend, Fisher.
