Watch: J.R. Smith's Contract Extension Is Crazy Big and That Still Wasn't Best News of His Weekend

The Cavs' shooting guard hit the 'Gram with these dope updates.

Life continues to be good for J.R. Smith.

After being an integral part of the Cleveland Cavaliers' championship team last season, the shooting guard finally reached an agreement on a four-year, $57 million contract extension with the squad, ESPN reported Saturday.

As big of news as that was for the 31-year-old veteran, it wasn't the best news of J.R.'s weekend.

That's because Smith and his family took to Instagram to announce how pleased they were about the new deal and then dropped a bombshell — that J.R. and his wife, Jewel Smith, are expecting another child.

Watch their amazing announcement below.

J.R. and Jewel have two daughters, Demi and Peyton, together.

As for the contract extension, Smith earned it after averaging 12.4 points per game for the Cavs during their 2015-16 season.

Upon learning the double dose of good news, LeBron James was nothing but excited for his teammate and friend.

The Cavs begin their title defense at home against the New York Knicks on Tuesday, October 25.
