Watch: Dwyane Wade Wasn't Here for Any Drama During the Bulls-Celtics Game
Part of the reason why Dwyane Wade signed with the Chicago Bulls this past July was to put on for his city.
That being said, nothing was going to spoil the three-time NBA champion's Chi-town homecoming; certainly not some drama.
When a little scuffle broke out during the second quarter of the Bulls-Boston Celtics game Thursday night, every player on the court got involved ... except Wade.
Instead of joining the fracas, Wade simply kept shooting, refusing to take part in anything that could hinder his homecoming.
Just watch how cool Dwyane played it here.
Hey, you don't get to be a 14-year veteran without being wise. D. Wade knew what he was doing last night, as he finished with 22 points, including the dagger 3-pointer that he nailed with 26.3 seconds left to lift the Bulls to a 105-99 victory.
Look at the face he made after draining the clutch shot.
An unforgettable, drama-free homecoming for sure.
