Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian have taken some significant steps in their budding relationship over a relatively short period of time.

Last month, it was reported that the Cleveland Cavaliers center and the popular Kardashian moved in together. And they were showing plenty of PDA on the dance floor at LeBron James's Halloween party on Monday night.

Not to mention the fact that Tristan is so serious about his new boo that he reportedly dumped his pregnant ex, Jordan Craig.

But as quickly as KhloTrist's relationship is moving, the Cavs center hasn't inked his girlfriend's name on his back — regardless of what the internet is claiming.

On Wednesday, social media lit up with rumored reports that Tristan had tattooed "Khloe" on his back.

A couple of problems with that rumor and the reported picture it came with, though: Thompson already has massive ink on his back and the man who does have "Khloe" tatted on his back is simply not the 25-year-old NBA player.

That being said, the false alarm didn't stop Twitter from having a field day of reactions to this misunderstanding.

Whoever is the proud — or embarrassed — owner of that "Khloe" tattoo, please reveal yourself right about now.

We guess we could chalk this story up and throw it in the same pile as the rumored report of Tristan being engaged to Khloe — which is also not true.

But as fast as this relationship is seemingly moving, perhaps both are in the works.
