Hey, Trey Songz... Derek Fisher might be trying to snatch your title of being "Mr. Steal Your Girl."
While the ex-New York Knicks head coach continues to get roasted on the Internet for dating former teammate Matt Barnes's ex, Gloria Govan, it seems like that's not the only player's girl that Fisher has been involved with.
Speaking on ESPN's True Hoop podcast Wednesday, ESPN reporter Brian Windhorst revealed that Fisher was also allegedly involved with the girlfriend of former Knicks guard Tim Hardaway Jr., who Fisher coached.
"[Knicks president] Phil [Jackson] failed to tell [Fisher] that when you become a coach you have to move your dating sites up to the executive level," Windhorst said. “I mean I’m making a joke, but it’s also the truth. It’s now Tinder pro.”
He added: "Correct me if I’m wrong, [ESPN writer] Kevin [Arnovitz], but Tim Hardaway Jr. had to go on the record to discuss whether he and Derek Fisher were involved with the same woman. I’m fairly certain he had to go on the record and said he had to deal with that. So it wasn’t just Matt Barnes."
Good grief, Derek. What are you doing out in these streets?
No wonder the Knicks went a franchise-worst 17-65 under your watch last season and were just 23-31 this season when you were fired.
If Fisher returns to the NBA in some coaching capacity, let this be your warning, players... keep your girl away from him.
