Witnessing Kanye West's Twitter rants in real time around the release of The Life of Pablo album last month was the kind of thing that social media dreams are made of, as you never quite knew what Yeezy would sound off about next.
Well, perhaps LeBron James was inspired. Either that or the deliriousness of another 82-game NBA season — his 13th — has gotten the best of him.
How else could you explain the NBA superstar going on a full Twitter rant, hitting on topics from great friends to ultimate team chemistry, and consistency creating perfection? The man is crazed... in a good way!
James's Twitter fingers began late last week, seeping into this week as well.
Like him or not, James's scattered thoughts shows his 0-100 passion for the constant pursuit of greatness.
As a matter of fact, the only thing that James was willing to take a break for, while delivering these thoughts, was to reinforce how great Kendrick Lamar is.
But when he got back on the court Monday, he was back to delivering more disjointed opinions.
Peep the one below, where LeBron talks about his A Beautiful Mind — both his and the movie.
Hey, if you're a Cleveland Cavaliers fan, none of this should bother you in the least bit.
King James is still playing at a very high level, as evidenced by his 24.9 points, 7.4 rebounds and 6.6 assists per game, with the Cavs (44-18) still sitting atop the Eastern Conference standings.
So no harm, no foul. But these tweets, though? Yeezus!
