An NFL Player Once Told Tom Brady He Was Going to Eat His Children

Really brought that Mike Tyson line back?

Trash talk is a part of most sports.

But occasionally it's so vicious that it crosses the unwritten line.

That's what apparently happened when Derek Wolfe, defensive end of the Super Bowl champion Denver Broncos, channeled Mike Tyson by allegedly telling New England Patriots star quarterback Tom Brady that he'll eat his kids.

Wait... what?

"I heard him hit somebody with the Mike Tyson. He told somebody he was going to eat their kids. Hey... I was shocked by it. I said, 'OK,'" Broncos strong safety T.J. Ward said of Wolfe on a recent episode of ESPN's Highly Questionable.

When the hosts of the show asked for clarification about whether the insult was for one of Wolfe's teammates or opponents, that's when Ward dropped the bombshell that it was aimed at Brady.

"An opposing player. I think it was Tom Brady," Ward said with a smirk. "I think so. I think he told Brady that. Digest em."

This more than puts Wolfe in the habitual line-stepper category.
