Here's What Kevin Durant Has to Say About Rihanna's Unabashed 'Love' for LeBron

"I don't even really think that she really watches basketball."

Rihanna once again showed everyone just how much she loves LeBron James this year. RiRi not only bowed down to King James during Game 1 of the NBA Finals, but she also paid homage to Bron with this hilarious spoof tribute to him after his Cleveland Cavaliers lost the championship to the Golden State Warriors on Monday night. And that came a year removed from a bikini-clad Bad Gal writing LeBron's No. 23 in sunblock on her stomach in an IG thirst trap of all thirst traps.

Well, fresh off of winning his first NBA title — and Finals MVP to go along with it — Kevin Durant completely understands RiRi's love for LeBron and he has zero hard feelings about it ... even though she did stare him down during Game 1.

"She loves LeBron," KD said, while appearing on The Bill Simmons Podcast this week. "She’s been a big LeBron fan for a long time. Everywhere he went, she’s just a big fan."

That being said, Durant isn't convinced that Rihanna is a die-hard hoops fan. It's more so that she's a ride-or-die Bron fan.

"I don’t even really think she really watches basketball," Durant added.

Rihanna did congratulate KD on the Warriors' championship win as part of that hilarious The Lion King spoof tribute to King James.

During the same appearance on The Bill Simmons Podcast, KD revealed another huge name who congratulated him more sincerely — former Commander-in-Chief President Obama.

"He sent a text through somebody to get to me," Durant said. "[Obama wrote], 'Congrats, your defense was really good,' which was random."

He added that Obama told him to "have some fun" and "enjoy" the title win.

"Typical stuff," Durant said, "I wasn’t expecting that."
