Serena Williams Had This Classy Clapback for John McEnroe's Sexist Comments About Her Tennis Skills

"Respect me and my privacy as I'm trying to have a baby."

Try Serena Williams and be prepared to be on the receiving end of a classy clapback from the Queen. Just ask John McEnroe.

Upon learning that McEnroe told NPR that Serena would be “like No. 700 in the world” if she competed on the men’s tennis circuit, the GOAT wasn’t having it at all. Williams tweeted and warned him to “please keep me out of your statements that are not factually based” and to “respect me and my privacy as I’m trying to have a baby.”

Welp…well, she told him.

And her adoring fans more than approved.

During the same interview with NPR, McEnroe acknowledged that Serena is an “incredible player,” but that he doesn’t think that she would fare well against the men. Well, we beg to differ.

That and Serena already dragged him thoroughly — and with class.

One time for the Queen.
