The Ravens Are Getting Blasted for Ignoring Their Fans' Overwhelming Support of Colin Kaepernick
Earlier this week, sources told ESPN that Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh and general manager Ozzie Newsome are in favor of signing Colin Kaepernick, but that the team's owner, Steve Bisciotti, opposes it, much to the chagrin of Ravens' fans.
Before Bisciotti reportedly came to this conclusion, his organization invited fans to voice their support of Kaepernick. But once fans did just that, the Ravens' headquarters refused to take comments in the former NFL quarterback's support, according to the civil rights organization the Color of Change, as reported by The Root.
That's precisely why the Color of Change launched "The Blackballing of Colin Kaepernick" website for fans to further let the Ravens and other NFL team owners know why they think it's wrong for the QB to be jobless after he knelt during the national anthem last season as a protest against racism and police brutality of unarmed Black men.
And Ravens fans and beyond are definitely blasting the team for ignoring their support of Kaepernick with these heated reactions.

And just like that, the floodgates opened with plenty of people letting it be known that they rock with Kaep.
With Ravens starting QB Joe Flacco nursing a bad back, Kaepernick seems like a logical signing for the team, so people want to know: what's the problem?
More and more it's become obvious that Kaepernick is a victim of being blackballed for his stance with Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti being the latest offender.
Ravens Fans Took Over The team's Twitter Account With Pleads of 'Sign Kaep' and more
In other words, the Ravens' headquarters might be able to drown out phone calls, but good luck doing the same on Twitter. You're gonna get this work!
And they really went in on the Ravens when they had the nerve to tweet about backup QB Ryan Mallett
One person called for a boycott of the NFL due to the Ravens and the rest of the league's blackballing of Kaepernick
Take that!
Not only are people letting it be known that the Ravens should sign Kaep, but they co-sign his stance
More power to you, Kaep.
At the end of the day, fans came to this conclusion about the Ravens
They walked into all of this.
