Pacquiao is regarded by many sports organizations as the best pound-for-pound boxer in the world. But aside from his prowess in the ring (54 wins, 38 knockouts), he is perhaps best known for his ongoing beef with Floyd Mayweather Jr., who has accused the boxer of taking performance enhancing drugs.
