He recently announced that he is launching a sportswear line, V7, which will be sold exclusively at Modell's, a sporting goods chain operating on the East Coast. Carmelo Anthony Gave Knicks $6 Million Discount - During the 2013-14 NBA season, Carmelo Anthony vowed to take a pay cut to allow the New York Knicks some financial flexibility. In turn, Knicks president Phil Jackson said he would hold the All-Star forward to his word. Well, after Melo re-signed with the Knicks for a reported $122-$123 million, that discount figures to be $6 million, according to the New York Post.
