NCAA Sanctions Penn State With $60 Million in Fines, Five-Year Probation

The NCAA fined Penn State $60 million in fines and the school will lose 10 football scholarships a year for the next four years in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky abuse scandal. Additionally, the Nittany Lions won't be allowed to participate in bowl games for the next four years, will be on probation for the next five years and was forced to vacate all wins between 1998 and 2011.
