New York Yankees vs. Baltimore Orioles (1996)

Umpire Rich Garcia signaled a home run for Yankee rookie Derek Jeter, but "upon seeing a replay after the game, Garcia admitted he had been wrong in awarding Jeter a homer," MLB.com writes.
