Peace Prize Worthy? - Among a number of eyebrow raising observations in the Sports Illustrated interview, Rodman shared his aspiration to smooth longtime tension between North Korea and the United States. In February, he traveled with a film crew to Pyongyang, North Korea, and spent time with the country's militant leader Kim Jong-un. "Keeping us safe is really not my job; it’s the black guy’s [Obama's] job. Relationship Woes - It was a match made for tabloids. In November 1998, Rodman married actress Carmen Electra in a quickie ceremony in Las Vegas. Just as quickly, Electra filed for divorce in April 1999. Their rocky courtship included both being arrested following a domestic dispute. Legal Troubles - Over the years, he has been arrested several times for domestic violence, including in 2003 when he was charged with assaulting his then-fiancée at his Newport Beach, California, home.
