Lamar Odom - Lamar Odom has had a rough year; he made headlines for rumored crack-cocaine use, marital issues and more. The NBA free agent was arrested for driving under the influence on Aug. 30. Then the former Sixth Man of the Year dodged a bullet in November because he wasn’t charged for roughing up a paparazzo in Los Angeles in August. Josh Brent - Drinking and driving could prove fatal in an emergency driving situation.Former Dallas Cowboys star Josh Brent was exceeding the speed limit on Jan. 7 in Irving, Texas, when his car, which had teammate Jerry Brown Jr. in the passenger seat, hit a curb. Brown was killed, and Brent was arrested for intoxicated manslaughter. Brent retired from the NFL in June. If convicted at his 2014 trial, he could face up to 20 years in prison.

Josh Brent - Former Dallas Cowboys star Josh Brent’s life changed forever on Jan. 7. He was exceeding the speed limit in Irving, Texas, when his car, which had teammate Jerry Brown Jr. in the passenger seat, hit a curb.
