Who Made the 2014 All-Star Game Roster? - The 63rd NBA All-Star Game is going down on Sunday, Feb. 16, at the New Orleans Arena. While All-Star veterans LeBron James and Dwyane Wade are set to play in the big game, new comers Stephen Curry and John Wall will make their All-Star debuts.  Keep reading for the full list of Eastern and Western Conference players. — Dominique Zonyéé (@DominiqueZonyee) (Photo: Mike Ehrmann/Getty Images)

Kobe Bryant Injured Again - It hasn’t been a month since Kobe Bryant made his season debut, only playing in six games this season after being out to recover from an Achilles injury, now the Los Angeles Lakers star is on the injured list again. The Lakers announced Thursday that Kobe Bryant will miss six weeks after fracturing the lateral tibial plateau in his left knee.(Photo: AP Photo/Danny Johnston, File)

Best Player in the NBA — Anthony Davis - It’s pretty cool to see Metta World Peace follow the NBA so closely all the way from China. How else would he know about New Orleans Pelicans power forward Anthony Davis’s dominating start to the season, in which he is already averaging 24.8 points, 13 rebounds and 4.2 blocks per game. Well, he knows his game...just not his name. When giving out his award for Best Player in the NBA, World Peace tweeted, “"Guy from New Orleans." Hilarious! His name is Anthony Davis, Metta. C'mon, son...that brow is universally known. (Photo: Andy Lyons/Getty Images)

Los Angeles Clippers - Best Value: Blake Griffin, No. 1, 2009. Let's be honest: There's not a lot of competition for this honor. Griffin missed the whole 2009-10 season because of a broken kneecap, but he's now one of several reasons this downtrodden franchise is finally enjoying some buzz. Danny Manning put up good numbers for the Clippers after they took him with the top pick in 1988, but the team remained largely irrelevant. Worst Value: Michael Olowokandi, No. 1, 1998. Olowokandi was picked ahead of Mike Bibby, Antawn Jamison, Vince Carter, Dirk Nowitzki and Paul Pierce. Ouch. (Photo: Kevin C. Cox/Getty Images)

Blazers, Rockets Wear Black Socks to Support Clippers  - Portland Trail Blazers and Houston Rockets players all donned black socks in a show of support for the Los Angeles Clippers and what they’re going through with their owner Donald Sterling’s alleged racist remarks for Game 4 of their Western Conference first-round playoff series. Portland then edged Houston 123-120 in overtime behind 29 points and 10 assists from LaMarcus Aldridge. (Photo: Doug Pensinger/Getty Images)

Chris Paul to Sit Out Season If Sterling Stays Owner - Earlier this week, Doc Rivers vowed that he wouldn’t coach the Los Angeles Clippers this upcoming 2014-15 season if Donald Sterling remains the owner. Now, Chris Paul is following suit. The Clippers point guard said on Thursday that sitting out the season is a possibility if Sterling remains the franchise’s owner by the start of the year. "That's something me and Doc are both talking about," Paul told ESPN. "Something has to happen, and something needs to happen soon — sooner rather than later.” Sterling and his estranged wife,Shelly Sterling, remain in Los Angeles probate court to decide whether she properly sold the franchise, under Sterling Family Trust bylaws, to ex-Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer for $2 billion in late May. Closing arguments are set for Monday. The deal must be closed by September 15 or the NBA...

The disgruntled fan called Melo disappointing for not winning a championship, but Melo wasn’t having that. Melo responded, “I didn’t ask your glazed donut face a-- to root for me anyways.” Ouch!(Photo: Maddie Meyer/Getty Images)

Continue to Build Around Joe Johnson - Although a lot of questions swirl around the rebuilding of the Nets, one aspect is clear — keep building around Joe Johnson. The 12th-year shooting guard was reliable for the Nets this year, upping his 15.8 points per game during the regular season to just over 20 points per contest during the playoffs.
