Mike Tyson Bites Lennox Lewis' Leg - All Lennox Lewis needed to do was ball up his fists to set off "Iron" Mike Tyson during a New York City press conference in January 2002 for their highly-anticipated bout. The gesture led to an all-out melee, which climaxed when Tyson charged Lewis and bit his leg. Afterwards, Tyson notoriously flipped out on a press conference spectator, insulting him relentlessly and threatening to penetrate him, before being ushered off the stage. Bernard Hopkins Disrespects Puerto Rican Flag - While promoting the Felix "Tito" Trinidad-Bernard Hopkins fight in July 2001, "The Executioner" infamously threw the Puerto Rican flag on the ground at the New York City stop of their promo run in July 2001. Days later, Hopkins threw the flag on the floor again, this time in Trinidad's native San Juan, Puerto Rico, drawing the ire of "Tito" and the entire nation. So disrepectful! Hopkins had to be literally rushed out the country. Years later, he said the September 2001 fight was already won back in the press conference. Wild scene. That Hopkins is a cerebral assassin!(Photo: Timothy A. Clary/AFP/Getty Images)

Fernando Vargas-Ricardo Mayorga High Tension - Want crazy? The Fernando Vargas-Ricardo Mayorga Los Angeles press conference for their November 2007 super middleweight fight included Mayorga saying the fight would last two rounds if Vargas fights like a Mexican warrior and four if Vargas runs like a "Barbie." Vargas responded by saying he's going to feast on Thanksgiving before feasting on Mayorga. The two fighters also needed a plastic screen placed between them for separation since the tension, borderline hatred, was so high. (Photo: Robert Laberge/Getty Images)

Bad Blood - The September 2002 fight between Oscar De La Hoya and Fernando Vargas was aptly dubbed "Bad Blood." The two Mexican-American fighters from Southern California could have become friends, but chose to be enemies instead. The latter was on full display at their press conference leading into the bout when Vargas hurled every insult he could think of at De La Hoya, including calling him "gay" and saying that the "Golden Boy" has been dodging him for years. Vargas' verbal onslaught couldn't match his performance in the ring, though, as De La Hoya punished his foe, picking up the emotionally-charged win.(Photos from Left: Jed Jacobsohn/Getty Images, Robert Mora/Getty Images)

Mayorga Insults De La Hoya's Wife, Race - Vile, absurd and completely out of his element, Ricardo Mayorga slung any and every insult at Oscar De La Hoya in press conferences leading up to their May 2006 bout. Mayorga's dirt slinging included him saying, "Tell your wife to screw you the morning of the fight, so you don't take a dive like you did against [Bernard] Hopkins, f----t" and "You can't even represent your race, b---h." De La Hoya calmly listened before making good on his vow to defeat the reckless "El Matador" Mayorga. (Photo: Ethan Miller/Getty Images)

Smokin' Joe Gets Best of Ali - After defeating Muhammad Ali in their first bout, Joe Frazier got the best of "The Greatest" in the press conference leading into their 1974 rematch when he called Ali "ignorant." One word, three syllables, spoken in Frazier's classic no-nonsense, dead-pan delivery was all it took to light Ali's fire and for the two to start scuffling. Two of the baddest boxers ever. (Photo: KMazur/WireImage)

Big Daddy Bowe Two-Pieces Larry Donald - Larry Donald thought the press conference leading into his March 1994 fight with Riddick Bowe was the right time to slick talk the Brooklyn brawler. Eh, not a good idea, Larry. While Donald was flapping his gums, "Big Daddy" Bowe cracked him across the jaw with a nice 1-2 combination, putting the PRESS in press conference. Can't mess with Brooklyn. (Photo: Al Bello/Getty Images)
