Dusty Baker, Cincinnati Reds

Dusty Baker’s Reds had a 90-72 record in 2013, ending the season with six losses, including a wild-card playoff game. The Reds still fired Baker, much to the shock of the veteran coach. "It's going to take a couple of days just to pack my stuff up,'' Baker told USA Today. "I wasn't ready for this. I really wasn't. I thought I'd still be here.'' Baker went 509-463 in his six seasons with Cincinnati. Damn shame...not to mention a surprise. (Photo: Jared Wickerham/Getty Images)
