Most Likely to Break an NFL Record – LeSean McCoy - NFL Record beware. LeSean McCoy is lurking. The Philadelphia Eagles running back's numbers don't lie. "Shady" rushed for 1,607 yards and nine touchdowns last season, adding 539 yards and two TDs on 52 receptions from the backfield as well. McCoy's 2,146 yards from scrimmage also topped the NFL. McCoy is a legit threat to Eric Dickerson's single-season rushing record of 2,105 yards set in 1984. At 26 and in Chip Kelly's high-powered offense, McCoy can make a run at it. And hey, if he misses that mark, chances are he'll set other records along the way anyway.(Photo: Jim Rogash/Getty Images)

Most Likely to Put Foot in Mouth – Johnny Manziel - After flipping off the Washington Redskins during preseason action, we can only imagine what kind of stunts rookie Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel will pull during the regular season. Don't get us wrong, we like Johnny Football. But if there's anyone who's most likely to put his foot in his mouth with a crazy statement, it's Manziel. That, and attaching this superlative to New York Jets coach Rex Ryan is too easy.(Photo: Rob Carr/Getty Images)

Rookie Most Likely to Succeed – Sammy Watkins - When it comes to a rookie who's most likely to succeed, we like Sammy Watkins. The Buffalo Bills wide receiver is a threat to take a reception to the house any time he grabs the football with his game-breaking speed and moves. Watkins and Bills quarterback EJ Manuel can do damage together. The Bills were right in moving up in the draft to select Watkins. The gutsy move will pay off via a memorable rookie season barring any injury. (Photo: Grant Halverson/Getty Images)

Most Likely to Get a Coach Fired – Miami Dolphins - The Miami Dolphins are most likely to get their head coach Joe Philbin fired during the 2014 NFL season. We feel like the New England Patriots are still the team to beat in the AFC East and that the New York Jets and Buffalo Bills have improved. That leaves the Dolphins really making an uphill climb in their own division. It's going to be tough for them this season.(Photo: Tom Szczerbowski/Getty Images)

Most Likely to be an Over-Achiever – Blake Bortles - We glue this superlative to rookie quarterback Blake Bortles because many analysts criticized the Jacksonville Jaguars for tabbing him No. 3 overall in the 2014 NFL Draft. Despite being such a high pick, he isn't expected to lead the Jaguars to success this season. But from the looks of his preseason performances, he might have a shot in doing just that.(Photo: John Konstantaras/Getty Images)

2013 Playoff Team Most Likely to Miss Playoffs – Carolina Panthers - The Carolina Panthers return a gritty defense, one which carried them to the postseason last year, but lost some weapons on offense, including having their receiver corps absolutely gutted. The Panthers losing wideouts Steve Smith, Brandon LaFell, Ted Ginn and Domenik Hixon — their top four receivers from last season — means a heavier load for quarterback Cam Newton to carry this year. It's going to be hard on him and, for that reason, we cite the Panthers missing out on their playoff prowl. (Photo: Grant Halverson/Getty Images)

2013 Non-Playoff Team Most Likely to Make Playoffs –Chicago Bears - Whether it's wide receiver Brandon Marshall, running back Matt Forte or tight end Martellus Bennett, quarterback Jay Cutler is surrounded by big weapons. It's for that reason that we expect a better showing from the Chicago Bears this season and for them to make the postseason cut. A Cutler above the rest, if you will.(Photo: Jonathan Daniel/Getty Images)

Most Likely to Successfully Return From Injury – Rob Gronkowski - Most likely to successfully return from injury in the 2014 NFL season? Rob Gronkowski. Why? Well, because Gronk always comes back from a beating. If there's anyone who can make it back from a torn ACL surgery in January, it's Gronkowski. The kid is a beast of a physical specimen and we're sure Tom Brady will make sure to get the ball to Gronk in good spots.(Photo: Scott Halleran/Getty Images)

DeSean Jackson Vows to Play With Injury Against Eagles - A sprained shoulder isn't going to keep DeSean Jackson from facing his former team, the Philadelphia Eagles, on Sunday. The Washington wide receiver told ESPN he doesn't "plan on missing this game" and for good reason, considering the way the Eagles released him. One report cited Jackson's allegiance to Los Angeles gang members as the reason why the Eagles cut the wideout this past March.(Photo: Frazer Harrison/BET/Getty Images for BET)

Player Most Likely to Succeed on New Team – DeSean Jackson - Just because the Philadelphia Eagles cut DeSean Jackson loose doesn't mean he can't be dynamic for another team. The Washington Redskins are hoping that DJ goes off against his NFC East competition and beyond this year, making Philly regret ever releasing the star wide receiver. A healthy Robert Griffin III and Jackson can be an instant offensive force.(Photo: Frazer Harrison/BET/Getty Images for BET)

Sherman Becomes Highest-Paid Corner in NFL - Richard Sherman is officially the highest paid-cornerback in the NFL, after the Seattle Seahawks signed him to a four-year, $57.4 million contract extension, including $40 million in guaranteed money, on Wednesday.(Photo: Kevin C. Cox/Getty Images)

Most Likely to Stir Controversy - This offseason alone, Richard Sherman has taken shots at fellow cornerback Patrick Peterson and his rival Michael Crabtree. We can only imagine what the Seattle Seahawks cornerback will have in store for his competition in 2014. And what's best about Sherman is, whatever controversy he does stir up, he's likely to back it up on the field with his play. Eight interceptions last year is proof.(Photo: Kevin C. Cox/Getty Images)
