Saudi Arabia to Allow Women to Participate in Olympic Games
The Saudi Embassy in London said in a statement on Sunday that the kingdom will "oversee the participation of women athletes who can qualify for the games," the Associated Press reported. At this point, no women have qualified, but athletes in judo and in track and field are considered possibilities. (Photo: AFP/Getty Images)
