Jerry Sandusky Accusers to Use Real Names in Court - A judge denied several lawyers’ requests on Monday to allow the alleged sexual abuse victims of former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky to testify under pseudonyms. Instead, the court and lawyers will work  closely to “cooperate when possible” to protect witness privacy and personal information. The accusers’ names have not been made public and are referred to by number in a grand jury report last November. Dr. J’s Bad Prognosis - NBA Legend Julius Erving (known to his fans as Dr. J) is in hot water for defaulting on a $1 million loan from a Georgia bank in 2009. According to court documents obtained recently by TMZ, Erving still owes $210,705.71 on the loan. After the bank’s requests for payment were ignored, it filed a lawsuit against Erving and his company, The Erving Group Inc. of Atlanta, in 2011, and now a Georgia court has ordered him to pay $230,286.86 — the original balance $210,705.71, plus $19,581.15 in interest, according to TMZ. (Photo: Mike Zarrilli/Getty Images)

Justin Blackmon Arrested for DUI - Before starting his rookie season with the Jacksonville Jaguars this fall, Justin Blackmon has a glitch with his promising career. The 22-year-old former Oklahoma State wide receiver, who was the No. 5 overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, was arrested in Stillwater, Oklahoma, early Sunday morning and charged with aggravated DUI. Blackman reportedly blew a .24 on a breathalyzer test (three times the legal limit of .08). Blackmon was released on $1,000 bond Sunday afternoon and pled not guilty to the DUI on Monday.
