Lance Armstrong Can't Get a Break
Seven-time Tour de France champ Lance Armstrong saw his lawsuit against the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency thrown out Monday. The case was to prevent the USADA from moving forward with charges that Armstrong used performance-enhancing drugs throughout much of his career. Armstrong has 20 days to refile the suit.
