Nick Van Exel’s Son Convicted of Murder

The former NBA player’s 22-year-old son has been sentenced to 60 years in prison for the shooting death of a friend. The Dallas County jury convicted Nickey Maxwell Van Exel on Thursday after a 2 ½ hour deliberation, according to the Associated Press.
