Billy Hunter Placed on Leave by National Basketball Players Association 

The labor union ousted union chief Billy Hunter on Friday morning because he “withheld knowledge that his contract was never properly approved, used poor judgment with his hiring practices and spent improperly on travel and gifts,” according to ESPN. Hunter’s lawyers are fighting for him to keep his job.
