Over the past year, Bill Cosby’s name has been tarnished by sexual assault allegations but has not been to court — until now. More than 50 women have come forward with accusations, and at least one woman has brought forth a case strong enough to see Cosby arraigned for charges of sexual assault Wednesday afternoon. He is accused of attacking Andrea Constand, a Temple University employee, in 2004. He was released after posting some of the $1 million bail.
