What is a 106 Live Dancer?
The 106 Live Dancers will be 106 & Park’s dance crew. You will be featured on our show on a weekly basis with choreographed routines. You should be ready and willing to freestyle at any given moment! You must be in good physical health. There will be opportunities to work with the hosts and even our celebrity guests. You will be the element that helps keep the show LIVE!

What should I wear to the audition?                                                                

Please do not wear any logos of any kind or any white or striped clothing. These auditions may or may not be used in the show and clothing and attire with logos are not permitted. Make sure that any articles of clothing that you are wearing, including hats and purses/backpacks, as well anything else seen, do not have a visible logo on them. Come camera-ready, looking your best, but dress appropriately for the weather. Please note: You will NOT have an opportunity to change into your audition clothes once inside.

Is there an age limit for the show?
Yes, you must be 18 or older at the time of your audition.

Does BET pay for travel costs?
BET does not pay for travel costs to and from the audition, rehearsals, or shows. All costs and arrangements related to travel will be your sole responsibility.

How much time will I have to audition?
You should prepare two 30-second routines to the audition songs posted below. However, there is no guaranteed amount of time for each performance during the audition; therefore, we highly suggest you start off with a bang and show us how great you are right from the very first beat! Producers reserve the right to modify allotted times for auditions at their sole discretion.
