Everybody loves cheesecake, right? So we've decided to fill you in on how to make this creamy desert. Learn how you too serve up this amazing pastry!
1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Nutmeg
3 Tbsp. Butter or margarine, melted
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
I. Heat oven to 350°F.
II. Mix graham crumbs butter until blended; press onto bottoms of paper-lined muffin cups.
III. Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, nutmeg and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Spoon into crusts.
IV. Bake 25 to 30 min. or until centers are almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 2 hours.
