3. Hiatus - After signing to Motown over 10 years ago, Mila left the label due to creative differences. It was at this time that she decided to step away from the music scene and truly find her voice. Then, ironically, in 2013, after gaining a strong following and finding her own unique sound in the R&B landscape, she actually re-signed to Motown and began preparing her upcoming album, M.I.L.A.
