Kanye smiles, Rihanna tells fans to back off and more...

Kanye West - When Kanye West was getting ready to drop Yeezus, the album title alone sparked controversy. But when his debut single “Black Skinhead” went viral, it sparked conversations about race, interracial dating and civil rights. (Photo: Taylor Hill/WireImage/Getty Images)

Smile, It's OK - Yesterday during another run in with the paparazzi, Kanye did something that he isn't know for when it comes to them. He smiled. Yes, that's right, Kanye West smiled for the cameras. Oh and Nine Inch Nails' Trent Reznor has called Kanye the most dangerous performer of 2013 because of the boundaries that he pushes. Not too shabby, Yeezy. (Photo: Taylor Hill/WireImage)

Back Up! - Rihanna is currently doing the rounds in NYC and when fans huddled around her yesterday as she was trying to get to her car she told them to "back the [expletive] up!" Fans did what she requested, and we know for sure that Rih holds her tongue for nobody. (Photo: Sharpshooter Images / Splash News)

Wale vs. David Otunga - Wale doesn't take being dissed lightly, so when David Otunga (WWE star and Jennifer Hudson's boo) said that the D.C. rapper should have left Rihanna off of his "Bad" remix because she "overshadowed him," Wale shot back. Wale said that J. Hud's career overshadows David and that he wrestles on public access TV. David hasn't responded and we wouldn't either because the D.C. emcee isn't having it at all. Macklemore Wants "Control" - After hearing the Kendrick Lamar verse on "Control," Seattle's hottest has said that he wanted to write "angry battle raps." However Macklemore admitted that Kendrick is at a place in his career where he can back up what he said. He's also cleared the air and said that he doesn't have any problem at all with Yelawolf, so we'll consider that "beef" squashed. (Photo: Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images for Rolling Stone)

Is It True? - R&B favorite Justin Timberlake is slated to get the coveted Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Awards this weekend at the VMAs, so of course rumors are flying that there will be a NSYNC reunion. Member Lance Bass said that it's just a rumor, but that's what Michelle Williams said before joining Beyonce onstage with Kelly Rowland at the Super Bowl. Can't wait to see how this story pans out!
