Apology? Not at All
Instead of apologizing, Trinidad James has stuck by his harsh words for NYC hip hop last week and decided to clarify what he was saying. After saying that he respects NY hip hop and that Jay Z's album was the first rap album that he ever bought, he went on to be clear about the fact that he just thinks that NYC radio should play NYC artists and expose their talents. Even though he may have a point, hip hop heads in NYC don't want to hear it.
