Best International Act: Africa – Sarkodie (Ghana) and Wizkid (Nigeria) (tie)

With the vote tally too close to call, Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie, signed to Akon’s Konvict label, and Nigerian MC Wizkid both took home the hardware for Best International Act: Africa.
