Many of you may think the group members are brothers or even friends, but actually it's neither! In many interviews, the crew has explained that Quavo (Quavious Marshall) is the uncle of Takeoff (Kirshnik Ball) and Offset (Kiari Cephus) is their cousin.

  2. The Polo Club

Before the Migos were the Migos, Quavo, Offset and Takeoff were formerly called the Polo Club. But unlike the Migos, Polos soon went out of style and the group knew that their brand had to represent the culture, so the group eventually evolved into Migos.

  3. They Have a Movie On the Way

When most people think of a Migos movie, they think of their Noisey Atlanta documentary, but Migos said that was just an act. “They gave us a script, they gave me a script. I played it well ‘cos y’all think it was real,” says Takeoff.

According to several interviews, the trio has a movie cooking up about their lives and all the behind-the-scenes moments you don't see with the group, documenting their experiences working and hustling to make it to the top. The group has mentioned they'd like to see their fellow Atlanta homie Donald Glover (Childish Gambino) star in their upcoming flick.

  4. What's The Bando?

When Migos refer to the bando, they're probably talking about Quavo's mother's home where they discovered their "Migos flow."

  5. It Gets Messy

Quavo is known for being a sloppy eater, so he typically has to carry a spare white tee with him wherever he goes.

  6. Blood Bond

Family matters! The Migos' bond is unbreakable and it truly showed when Offset was locked up. Quavo and Takeoff set aside Offset's share of money he was making for shows and music so that, upon Offset's, return he'd be stacked!

  7. Look At My Dab

Migos put the dance "the dab" on the map when they came out with their hit song "Look at My Dab (B***h Dab)." The dance was already taking off, but the Migos capitalized on the dance craze and it became known internationally and gained close to 36 million views on YouTube.

  8. Their Jobs Before They Were Famous

Before the Migos gained fame and notoriety, they were just regular guys from Atlanta hustling day to day. Takeoff said he was unemployed and Offset mentioned he used to work at a Steak 'n Shake for three or four days, but never even received his first check.

  9. And here's a video of two-thirds of the Migos that will hopefully inspire other rappers to continue to pursue their dreams, because you never know where they may take you.
