The Best Man (1999)

Howard, along with a star-studded cast which included Taye Diggs, Nia Long and Morris Chestnut, were in Malcolm Lee’s The Best Man. Howard won an NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Motion Picture for the role of the eccentric, artsy character, Quentin.
