A singer's life is transformed by two young relatives.
Taraji Henson plays April, an alcoholic singer who is transformed when she has to take care of three younger relatives. April must overcome hardships and struggle to raise her young relatives and keep them safe from her abusive boyfriend.
Tyler Perry, who resumes his roles as both Madea and Joe, is joined by Mary J. Blige, Marvin Winans and Gladys Knight in this musical drama about alcohol and sexual abuse, redemption and family. Tune in Tuesday, March 19 at 7P/6C for the premiere.
